The review

This is where it gets decided. Dr. Hodge reviews your health history against Georgia's qualifying conditions, honestly and thoroughly.

Needs a notary

Low THC Oil Waiver

Fill in your information, but do not sign it yet: a notary must watch you sign. Most banks, UPS stores, and shipping centers notarize for a few dollars. On-site notary service at events is in the works; your confirmation email will say when it's available.
