When you apply, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email, medical background you choose to share, and a photo of your government-issued ID. When you pay, our payment processor collects your payment details directly on its secure system; your card number never touches this website. Our website also records standard technical information needed to operate securely.
Your information is used for one purpose: providing your certification visit. That means preparing the physician for your appointment, verifying your payment, scheduling, sending you confirmations and reminders, and maintaining the practice’s records as Georgia law requires. If you opt into news or event updates, we use your email for those until you unsubscribe.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Your medical answers go to the practice only and are reviewed privately by the physician.
We use a small set of service providers to operate: secure payment processing, appointment scheduling, email delivery, and private file storage for ID verification. Each receives only what it needs for its function.
Application records and ID images are stored in access-controlled systems available only to the practice team. ID images are used for identity verification for your certification and are not shared for any other purpose.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us; records the practice must retain under Georgia medical-records law are kept as required.
